Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor there is one double bedroom leading to downstairs patio area.
One twin bedroom with portable TV. Also one downstairs bathroom.

Upper Ground Floor
The upper ground floor has a lounge with 3 double sofas also tv,dvd player and Sky freeview also a selection of Books,games dvd's and video's, The Red Brick Fireplace has a gas stove in which is on a meter reading.There is also a kitchen/dining room with Electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining area seats six people.

First Floor
On the first floor there is a Queen size bed (can be made into 2 x 3 single beds as requested) giving this room two uses for different family neads,this room also has a  portable TV. This room has an en-suite shower room.

Outside
Outside there is a patio area in Indian sandstone with built in BBQ and Seating area with steps leading to a parking area for 2 cars.

Grassed garden area for your Children to play on. Outside games you can hire off us include:

  • Large Connect four
  • Jenga, Skittles
  • Bowls
  • Croquet
  • Plus others

We can provide the use of a travel cot, high chair, fireguard and stairgates,at no extra charge.

All bedding and linen is provided, with the exception of the bedding for cots.

Extra childs z- bed for this property is £25.00 per week.
